The Best Ski for: Powder + Freeski - Trees, Powder & Steeps
The Grizzly is our apex powder hunter of a freeski. Whether it's steeps or pow, the Grizzly will power through the cold white winter. To achieve this we've combined a 118mm ski @ 176cm with our Freeski camber-dominant profile. An aggressive 3.6mm of camber maintains edgehold and response while extended reverse camber in the tip/tail keeps it fun and floating. A multi radial sidecut allows big turns in the open, but keeps it nimble in tight conditions. In the Grizzly, we utilize an ultralight core composed of paulownia and aluminum stringers with a carbon fiber overlay. The paulownia and carbon keep things ultralight and the horizontal aluminum provides dampening similar to a full metal ski while weighing in at only 1760 grams in a 176cm while weighing in at only 1500 grams in a 184cm.
