Due to COVID-19 safety regulations and restrictions implemented, orders may take longer to process and shipping times may be delayed.


Free 2-Business days shipping for all US-orders over $49.99 or more before tax. All orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped by the same day. All the international orders are delivered by standard shipping method (deliveries time may vary).

Some Restrictions Apply:

  • Available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only. 
  • Excludes AK, HI, and international orders.
  • Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses.
  • Excludes freight items. 
  • Excludes Outlet (New, Open Box, Like New, Very Good, etc.) items.


The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. Duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees will be due at the time of delivery. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and New Day Sports will not refund the abandoned order, including any applicable shipping charges.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, sport drinks, gels, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 

Sale Items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be be exchanged. All clearance sales are final - clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are factory defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Exchanges are evaluated on a case by case basis. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return. 

Return's Shipping 

With a Prepaid Label

To make shipping a return even easier, we offer a flat-rate $6.95 UPS shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products that don’t need to ship freight. Please fill out the Return Form to request your prepaid label.


As soon as you receive your label, print it, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a UPS store at your convenience. If you receive a refund, the cost of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Without a Prepaid Label 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a RMA number. Write the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship the package to the following address:
